Fast bowler Mohammad Sami has been called up for the Australia series , this will be a tough comeback for Mohammad Sami because Pakistan bowling attack is already very strong on the other hand Sami hasn't done anything extraordinary for making his comeback its just the selectors who took him for the 16 men squad.
Sami, 28, played the last of his 33, largely unfulfilling Tests in December 2007 against India after he had drifted to the sidelines of Pakistan's Test attack. Those three Tests in India yielded just four wickets and he was again discarded to return to the domestic circuit. But he has picked up 30 wickets so far this season while captaining Quaid-e-Azam Trophy Group B toppers Karachi Whites, with three five-wicket bags.
Now Australia tour is a big chance for Sami to make his mark on international cricket , no doubt he is a great fast bowlers for he seems to have loss his rhythm in bowling. Amir , Asif , Gull and Rauf are other fast bowlers in 16 men squad in Australia. Sami has to done very well if he wants to make his seat permanent in the Pakistan side.
Sami has taken 81 wickets in 33 Tests, and 118 in 83 ODIs.
